Located in the city center, near the main interesting places and shoping street. At the same time very quiet, comfortable, well lighted. Good breakfast. |

Good location. We only realised half-way through our stay the other reaches of the hotel..not indicated at all, e.g. bar, lounge, easier disabled access. The service in the restaurant was very poor although the food was good. |

Location to bars and restaurants in Rembrandt Square and proximity to city centre, excellent standard of the room. Only minor gripe was that you had to fend for yourself at breakfast and wander around trying to find things rather than being directed. Not a problem if you are stopping more then one night and have worked out where everything is on the first morning! |

location The lobby furniture was filty, our room was like a closet and it face a brick wall, when we asked to be moved we were told by two staff it would cost more money the 3rd staff after 2 days moved us with no cost |

good position - near very lively street The breakfast was terrible, I have never eated in such a mess, the staff was not able to manage the used diches, it was difficult ti fing clean table. the staff not friendly and doesn't seem to be friendly |

If you get a room on the first floor you had rather move to the street as the rooms on the first floor are just above the street with all the noises of the tram and people talking in the street. It also feels like people in the street are walking just next to your bed. Lousy hotel Avoid statying at this hotel. |

It was very near good local transport and also very handy for walking to nearby tourist attractions - the Resistance Museum is particulalry good I thought it was rather expensive - the breakfast I could hve done without and there are god cafes nearby |

the location, free internet in the reception the price of the food in the hotel is way too expensive. The room was very small. their idea of a double bed is two single beds pushed together??? the rooms are very modern but the pictures are deceiving you would think that the rooms are much bigger by looking at the picture |

Great location, well-designed rooms. Rooms not serviced first day. Not serviced by 3.30 on second day and we had to go looking for someone to do them. |

The location of the hotel .We where lucky to have a spacious room although most of them are too small . There was an intense smell of food in our room ,during every evening .The windows where locked,so the ventilation system did the work during the working hours of flo restaurant located in the ground floor of the hotel. |
